Directional Control Valves

Oilpath has served the Australian hydraulics industry for 50 years and our commitment to continue to do so is unwavering. Over the years, we have come to realise that change is a constant in the industry. Whether it’s change in brand names, materials, applications, or technology, we all experience change every day.

Gone are the days of acceptable inefficiency, and so we have overhauled the OP11 and the OP20 with higher flow characteristics. Keeping this in mind, we are continually looking to find ways to use this constant evolution of industries’ requirements and, as such, have revisited foundation products in the well-known OP10 directional and OP20 control valves.

 OP11 & OP10‐4 Directional Control Valve

The OP11 Directional Valve provides a compact range of manually operated directional valves for medium-flow applications. Each valve is supplied with a 3/8” BSPT plug that can be easily inserted into a pre-tapped gallery to create Power Beyond (H.P.C.) and a closed centre facility.

  • Nominal Flow 75 l/min (see specification pdf)
  • Maximum Operating Pressure 345 bar
  • Up to 4 spools available
  • Low spool Leakage
  • Side or top port Inlet & Outlet
  • Closed Centre & Power Beyond Options
  • HydraForce High-Quality Relief Valve on OP11
  • Hardened Steel Non-Return Check Valve Seat

OP20 Directional Control Valve

The OP20 Directional Valve Series provides a 120 LPM range of directional valves. The OP20 has the advantage of individual lift drop checks at the end of each valve spool, giving the valve a unique feature and useful feature in having a check to maintain lift individually for all appropriate valve functions.

  • Nominal Flow 120 l/min (see specification pdf)
  • Maximum Operating Pressure 345 bar
  • Up to 5 spools available
  • Low spool Leakage
  • Side or top port Inlet & Outlet
  • Closed Centre & Power Beyond Options
  • Choice of Relief Valve
  • Individual Load Check Valves on each “D” & “S” Spool
  • Proportional Air, “On-Off” Air, with manual override option
